- Shipping & Delivery
- All purchases are shipped via UPS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Tucker cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
- All orders are provided free ground shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Tucker also offers 2-Day ($25.00) and Overnight ($50.00) options for customers that would like expedited shipping.
- A shipping confirmation with the tracking information is e-mailed to you once your purchase has been shipped.

- Tucker shares your concern about the privacy and protection of your personal information online. This Privacy policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website. By using or purchasing an item through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use this site. We may update this policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be reflected on this page immediately.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us with fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc via US Mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out by unsubscribing.
Tucker uses non-personally identifiable information such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site, to help diagnosis problems with our site and servers, to administer our site and to improve site related services and features. Your IP address and other non-personally identifiable information may also be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and site usage trends. This information aids us in improving the site navigation, design and features.
We also use “cookies” to collect product and purchases from the pages you access or visit. This information may be combined with other identifiable personal information. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information such as your name, address or any financial information. - All order information sent to Tucker is encrypted. We protect your online Transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc) support SSL.
- Returns & Replacements
- Tucker will accept requests for returns on full priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery to you. Items must be returned in new and re-saleable condition. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
- Please email customerservice@tuckerbygabybasora.com to receive a return authorization number prior to sending your return. Returns received after two weeks from the reciept of authorization will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer. Please note that Tucker is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking. We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items.
- Ordering
- When placing an order on the site, your order will be processed as it appears on the Checkout page. Once your payment has been submitted, your processed order will be available to view, track, or access in your online account at any time.
- Tucker accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Tucker charges sales tax only to orders being shipped to New York State (8.875%).
- A submitted order is considered an agreement to the General Terms of Sale and any other conditions listed on this site, including the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.
- Tucker reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation within one (1) business day of purchase.
